Step back into time…
Built in 1810, The Manor at Dearborn was fully renovated in 2018 to add modern touches to the house while preserving historical integrity. Accommodating up to ten people, The Manor has four bedrooms and three full baths upstairs with the Manager residence on the first floor. Additionally, three living areas, kitchen and outdoor porches and patios give our guests the sense of home away from home in a peaceful setting surrounded by woods, paddocks and barns.
Animals!
Please be aware that this is a farm with horses outside, and resident dogs, cats and canaries inside! If you have pet allergies, we may not be the best choice for you!

Centuries ago, Midway was named for being “mid-way” between Lexington and Frankfort. Today, Midway is a destination point for shopping, fine dining and touring famous Thoroughbred horse farms and distinguished distilleries. The Manor is minutes from Midway University, Keeneland Race Course and less than an hour from Churchill Downs in nearby Louisville. Every morning, our guests will enjoy fresh coffee and a delightful breakfast of homemade scones, muffins and fresh fruit from local bakeries.
